Dr Tom Voege is Policy Director of the PRO Circularity Alliance in addition to his role as Director of Public Policy & EU Representative at GRS PRO, where he shapes regulatory strategy around the circular economy and EPR. With a background spanning the United Nations and the OECD, he brings deep insights from global policymaking to practical implementation. His academic training, holding a PhD and MSc in Engineering and Environment from the University of Southampton, is complemented by 20+ years of professional experience.
