THE TOOLKIT: The toolkit draws from the ancient Indian chakra system, providing a structured approach to leadership development.

  • The seven chakras—root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown—represent different energy centres within the body and guide leaders towards balance and harmony.
  • Each chakra is associated with reflective questions, tools, and practices that align with its energy.
The tools are categorised as cognitive (C) or embodied (E).
  • Finally, the interactive PDF enables users to seamlessly navigate through the different questions and pages, containing practical tools, frameworks, and multimedia resources for leadership transformation.
  • This toolkit was extensively tested and validated by designers, researchers and entrepreneurs.

CENTRE OF EXPERTISE MISSION ZERO:  As a driver of sustainable entrepreneurship and living, the Centre of Expertise Mission Zero conducts practice-oriented research on issues such as ensuring liveable cities by eliminating CO2 emissions and creating opportunities for using waste. Together with its external partners, it develops applicable and useful knowledge and tools for the future.

WHAT THEY SAID:

The circularity gap report shows that the transition is not happening due to the fact that we keep on consuming. So we can focus on technological innovation and new business models, but what we really need to work on is our own agency. This toolkit can support the inner transformation needed to achieve the outer transformation.
