Elena Probert is a PhD researcher at the University of Manchester working in the Department of Materials. Her research aims to map human exposure to indoor, airborne microfibres in everyday settings such as homes, offices and transport systems. She graduated from the University of Manchester in 2025 with a BSc (Hons) in Fashion Technology where she focussed her work on natural textile dyeing practices and circularity.
