Sustainability Reporting

The European Union will implement a two-year postponement of sector-specific standards for non-EU companies to allow for more time to apply for the first batch of standards and prepare for the next ones.

Another landmark step from the European Commission in its bid to ensure that enterprises report both on their impacts on people and the environment, is Monday’s adoption of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
