LUDHIANA, INDIA: The PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI), with the support of the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, under the National Technical Textiles Mission, is organizing a one day Conference on Technical Textiles on 25th July 2025 at CICU Complex, Focal Point, Ludhiana.

This industry-focused conference aims to bring together key stakeholders, policy makers, industry experts, manufacturers, and innovators to explore the evolving landscape of technical textiles in India, with Ludhiana as a strategic hub. These include speakers from National Technical Textiles Mission, Ministry of Textiles; Min.of MSME, SIDBI, NITRA, BIS, Oerlikon Textile etc. Mr. Sanjeev Arora, Hon’ble Minister of Industry, Commerce, Investment Promotion and NRI Affairs, Government of Punjab will address in the Inaugural Session of the Conference as the Chief Guest.

The Conference aims for making Ludhiana a centre of excellence for technical textiles, while advancing the Government’s vision under NTTM to enhance India’s global competitiveness in this high-potential segment. Discussions will also cover BIS standards, sustainability goals, skill development, and collaborative opportunities across the value chain.
