VALENCIA, SPAIN: Jeanologia, a global leader in sustainable technologies for the textile industry, arrives at Techtextil North America with an end‑to‑end proposal that transforms both denim production and the finishing of colored garments.

From 6 to 8 May, at Atlanta’s Georgia World Congress Center, Jeanologia will showcase cutting‑edge technologies that revolutionize how jeans are made—delivering an authentic, natural look with maximum efficiency, minimum water use, and zero discharge.

On one hand, eDesigner, Jeanologia’s digital‑product‑development solution, accelerates collection creation, drastically reduces physical samples, and produces virtual collections—seamlessly connecting designers and manufacturers in a single environment. On the other, Jeanologia offers highly efficient and comprehensive industrial solutions that cut water and energy consumption, eliminate toxic processes, and guarantee zero discharge.

These solutions rest on five key technologies that have reshaped denim production: the laser replaces traditional manual sanding and chemical sprays, precisely recreating authentic vintage finishes—wear, tears, textures, lettering or imagery—without abrasion or harmful chemicals; G2 Indra swaps water‑based washes for an air‑based process in which oxygen from the air is converted into ozone to clean and age the fabric, achieving a natural stone‑wash effect without water, pumice stones or polluting chemicals; e‑Flow doses finishing agents via air nanobubbles to further minimize water use; and smart industrial washers like the SmartBox DB420 optimize load distribution and ensure reproducible treatments, slashing water and energy consumption. Completing the zero‑discharge cycle, the closed‑loop H2Zero water‑recycling system recovers up to 95 % of process water.

Jeanologia is also revolutionizing the way color is applied and aged in garments. Its ColorBox technology enables in‑garment dyeing with ultra‑low liquor ratios and precise dosing, delivering intense, uniform hues while using minimal water. To achieve the highly sought-after natural vintage look, the Atmos process—powered by G2 Indra technology— is employed.

“From eDesigner to H2Zero, each of our technologies shares a single purpose: to produce more efficiently and sustainably, while delivering an authentic look that resonates with consumers,” explains Pepa Silla, Strategic Projects & Brand Manager at Jeanologia.

Jeanologia further highlights its commitment to reshoring textile manufacturing in the Americas through its Miami Innovation Hub in Wynwood. This facility has become a go‑to space for U.S. brands and digital designers embracing responsible fashion, offering live demos of water‑ and toxin‑free jean production, plus access to advanced automation and monitoring tools. From Wynwood, Jeanologia provides technological support for on‑shoring and near‑shoring processes and fosters the next generation of digital creators—anticipating that within five years, 10 % of the world’s textile production will return to the United States and 30 % will relocate to Central and South America.

“With our Miami hub, we aim to transform this region into a global powerhouse for sustainable fashion. Automation, digitalization, and a community of committed talent are the keys to reshoring production without compromising sustainability, quality, or creative spirit,” adds Pepa Silla.

With a presence in over 70 countries and more than 4,000 machines installed worldwide, Jeanologia reinforces its mission in Atlanta to transform the textile sector through disruptive technologies that optimize resources, eliminate discharge, and give brands and manufacturers a competitive edge in creativity, agility, profitability, and sustainability.

JEANOLOGIA: Since its founding, Jeanologia has been on a mission to transform the textile industry into a more ethical, sustainable, and efficient model. The company works closely with brands, retailers, and suppliers on this transformative journey, offering disruptive technologies, innovative software, and a new operational model. Their groundbreaking solutions, including laser technology, G2 ozone, Dancing Box, e-flow, H2Zero, and ColorBox, have redefined garment design and finishing standards, eliminating polluting processes and significantly reducing the use of water, energy, and chemicals. Thanks to these advancements, Jeanologia has saved millions of liters of water and eliminated harmful substances, turning its vision of a truly sustainable textile industry into reality.
