Bordon, Hampshire, U.K.: Adelco is excited to introduce the new Adelco Hybrid Digital System. A high speed textile printer that works seamlessly with their automatic screen printing presses, providing a new value and price point v print speed not found on existing Hybrid systems on the market.

Adelco’s Hybrid Digital system is an add-on High Speed Digital Station designed to work in conjunction with the Adelco Automatic Screen Printing Presses, the Cyclone carousel, Matrix Oval and Ellipse Oval. This Hybrid digital system combines the advantages of both screen and digital printing to create even the most innovative garment decoration.

Utilising environmentally friendly inks, The Hybrid can produce A3 format printed substrates in excess of 200 units per hour, and when used in conjunction with a screen printed base providing the lowest ink cost per print. Adelco’s Hybrid Digital comes in three print sizes, 40 x 50 cm, 50 x 70 cm and 60 x 80 cm.

Using industrial Ricoh Gen 5 print heads and a 6 colour process (CMYK + RG) Adelco’s Hybrid Digital solution can achieve photographic quality and widest colour gamut with CMYK +RG. Files are quick and easy to set up and removes the time, costs and cleaning involved with conventional screen print. Available in both four or six colours.

Luke Smith from Adelco commented “Hybrid solutions aren’t new but what we are offering is a full 6 colour printer, that is compact, affordable and fast. We want to make it an easy AD on for screen printers.”
