Drawing on interviews with 31 fashion designers but focusing on the career geography of internationally renowned Kofi Ansah, researchers show how ‘brain drain’ turned into ‘brain gain’ and consequently ‘brain circulation’, fundamentally transforming Ghana’s fashion industry.
